Kennebunkport 

A 30-year-old man from Brooklyn, New York was charged with speeding on Mills Road.

A 21-year-old man from Arundel was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana, as well as sale and use of drug paraphernalia after police were alerted to suspicious activity on Turbat’s Creek Road.  

An 18-year-old Kennebunkport resident was charged with speeding  on Main Street.  

A 23-year-old Biddeford man was arrested and charged with operating after suspension after a motor vehicle violation on North Street.  

A 19-year-old of Amherst, N.H. was charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia after being pulled over for a motor vehicle violation on Mills Road.  

A 22-year-old Newcastle resident was arrested and charged with operating after suspension and violating conditions of release after being stopped on Maine Street.  

Police received a complaint of a large fire on Mills Road and after a brief investigation an 18-year-old Kennebunkport resident was charged with failure to comply to the conditions of a burn permit and also arrested for violating conditions of release.  

A 27-year-old resident of Westbrook was arrested and charged with operating after suspension after being pulled over for a motor vehicle violation on North Street. 

A 68-year-old resident of Davie, Fla. was charged with speeding on School Street.  

A 58-year-old resident of Frelighsburg, Quebec was charged with speeding on School Street.

Kennebunk

A 29-year-old resident of Brooklyn, N.Y. was arrested and charged with operating without a license after police received a citizen’s complaint of erratic driving. 

After police pulled over a 55-year-old Wells resident, they arrested and charged him with operating a under the influence.

A 21-year-old resident was pulled over on Western Avenue after a motor vehicle violation and police arrested and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor. 

A  20-year-old resident was charged with consuming liquor after the vehicle she was in was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. 

A 61-year-old resident was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release after police conducted a bail conditions check at his residence on Brown Street. 

Police pulled over a 77-year-old resident of Mississauga, Ontario and charged the driver with operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, they made contact with a 23-year-old Lyman man and found him to be out on bail conditions and driving with a suspended license. He was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after suspension and transported to York County Jail.

Police received a complaint in regard to a party and found a 23-year-old resident to be in violation of bail conditions. Police arrested and charged him with violating conditions of release and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Police pulled over a 26-year-old Cape Porpoise resident for a motor vehicle violation and charged the driver with operating under the influence. 

Police pulled over a 39-year-old resident for a motor vehicle violation on Portland Road and charged the driver with operating under the influence.

Police pulled over a 57-year-old resident of Hampton, New Hampshire for a motor vehicle violation on Portland Road was arrested and charged the driver with operating under the influence.

Police responded to a disturbance complaint at their Sedgewood residence. After investigation, a 53-year-old man was arrested and charged with assault, criminal threatening, violating conditions of release and refusing to sign a summons. 

Police received a complaint of a customer driving off without paying for gas at the Big Apple on Main Street. Police located the customer and charged the 21-year-old resident with theft. 

Police received a complaint of a disturbance on Brown Street. When police arrived on the scene, they found a 39-year-old resident of Sea Road in violation of his current bail conditions. He was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release.

A 27-year-old resident of Wells was pulled over for a motor vehicle violation on High Street and arrested and charged with operating under the influence and possession and use of drug paraphernalia.
